this year’s yarn crawl has been even busier than the last two years!  what an amazingly fun time i’ve been having.  such wonderful folks, not too many complaints about finding me, and an overall upbeat fun attitude!  it’s always a little scary thinking about ten days in a row but now that day three is under my belt, it will be smooth sailing.

i’ve gotten tons of positive feedback about the fact that i am carrying a variety of indie yarns.  my store’s featured yarn for the crawl is called ‘a guy with two needles’ and i’m almost out after only three days!  other small, indie yarns i carry are:  the prairie yarn and fiber, shirsty cat yarn and fiber, panorama yarn and fibers, spencer hill naturally dyed yarns, peppermint knits, unplanned peacock, youghiogheny yarns, the spun bunny yarn and fiber, meadow croft dye works, and others.  and remember that mountain meadow yarns out of wyoming is a collaborative of small farmers who mill their own USA yarn.  Imperial ranch yarns too!  i have a huge selection of hand spun yarns as well.

my future plans include fiber nymph dye works, fairy tale knits, blind buck farm…  so many wonderful indie dyers, so little time…..

stay tuned for a wrap up of the yarn crawl next week.

oh yeah don’t forget i now carry  a good selection of the new LYKKE needles.  gorgeous driftwood needles with a great point on them.

and stop in to see my psychedelic umbrella!
