the beautiful fall weather is upon us – leaves are turning beautiful colors, the male goats and sheep are tirelessly chasing the girls, apples and pumpkins abound, and daydreaming of warm snuggly yarn in our laps happily knitting or crocheting away.  this is definitely my favorite time of year.  some of you know i was in utah for a few weeks and on the very last day, my daughter and i were wet felting some fish and i spilled the TINIEST bit of water on my laptop and it is totally fried.  i’m trying to keep up with things on my husband’s computer; however all of my passwords, photo downloads, etc are on my old computer, so it has been a challenge trying to do some things.  my vacation was so amazing but i will never again go away right before sponsoring 3 events so close together.  so please bear with me.

a group of us rented a van and drove to the Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival September 25th.  what a blast we had.  we’re talking about planning a trip in May to the Great Lakes Fiber Festival in Ohio and also back to Shenandoah in september.  get in touch with me next year if you think you want to join us.
